How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office. We’re happy to assist you in finding a time that works best for you.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session is a chance to discuss your goals, concerns, and history in a safe, supportive space. You can also ask questions, and together, we’ll create a plan that works for you.
What are your private pay/cash rates?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and debit/credit cards. Fees are due at the time of your appointment. All clients must have an active credit card on file, which will be charged automatically.
Individual Psychotherapy
$225 for initial assessment
$200 for 55-minute sessions
$150 for 30-minute sessions, for children 12 or younger
Couples/Family Therapy
$250 for the initial assessment, up to 90 minutes
$225 for 55-minute sessions
Psychological Evaluations
The cost for a comprehensive psychological or psychoeducational evaluation is a flat fee of $1500. This includes a diagnostic assessment, followed by testing if deemed necessary. Testing sessions typically last 2-4 hours, depending on the areas of concern. The fee covers the review of existing records, test administration and scoring, a detailed written report, and a feedback session to review the results. If testing is not required, the diagnostic assessment is $225.
Intellectual Disability Evaluation
The cost for a disability evaluation is a flat fee of $500. This fee covers testing to determine IQ and adaptive behavior for identifying an intellectual developmental disorder, review of existing records, and a detailed written report.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept several insurance providers, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Ambetter, Cigna, QualChoice, and Medicaid. We’ll verify your benefits before your first appointment. If we’re an approved provider, your copay, coinsurance, and/or deductible will be due at the time of your appointment, based on your plan. What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
We ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation and no-show policy to help us serve all clients effectively. The following policies are in place:
Cancellation Fee: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee per scheduled hour. Clients with 3 missed or improperly rescheduled appointments may be discharged from our practice. Insurance does not cover missed appointments.
Monday Appointments: Monday appointments must be canceled the Friday before.
Active Credit Card on File: All clients must have an active credit card on file to hold appointments. Your card will be charged at the time of your appointment.

Is my information kept confidential?
The law protects the relationship between a client and a therapist, and information cannot be shared or disclosed without your written permission. Exceptions to this, however, include:
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse.
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person.
If a client intends to harm himself or herself.
